The skeleton is made of high-strength aramid and cotton fiber 66 diameter straight weft composite canvas. This structure is characterized by high strength retention of the canvas, lighter and more flexible, less elongation in place of the conveyor belt, and good impact and tear resistance. Therefore there is no need to add tear-resistant mesh.
Aramid conveyor belts combine high-strength, lightweight materials with versatile covering materials, making this product perfectly suitable for a wide variety of applications. Tensile strength level: 1000～3150 N/mm. Coverage grades are classified as abrasion resistant, heat resistant, corrosion resistant or flame retardant. Due to the toughness of the aramid fiber, it can prevent the conveyor belt from being punctured by sharp objects, and the damage to the conveyor belt can be reduced even at a high drop distance.
